Application Guidelines for Academy of Circular Economy Scholarship, Spring Semester, Academic Year 2025 (114)

【113學年度(含)以前入學生】

1.    申請資格：循環經濟研究學院在學研究生(113學年度前入學者)

2.    申請期間：115年2月23日(一)起至3月6日(五)17:00止(逾時視同自動放棄當學期獎學金，請勿提早繳交)

3.    核發金額：114學年度每點為4,000元。

Ø 碩士班(2點)：NT$ 8,000元

Ø 博士班(4點)：NT$ 16,000元

4.    應備文件：

(1)   獎學金申請表

(2)   放棄領取獎學金聲明書(僅限不領取者填寫)

(2)   歷年成績單(學期平均成績須達80分以上)

(3)   不在職聲明書

(4)   學雜費繳費證明單

(5)   銀行帳戶影本(僅限首次申請者提供)

(6)   放棄領取獎學金聲明書(僅限不領取者填寫)

※注意事項：

1.    請務必確認入學年度，使用錯誤表格者一律退件處理。

2.    因本學期開學較晚，申請時程配合順延。經審查通過後，2月份獎學金預計於3月中旬補發，3月起之獎學金則恢復正常時間發放。

【For Students Enrolled in (or after) Academic Year 2025】

1.    Eligibility: Current graduate students of the Academy of Circular Economy (Enrolled from Academic Year 2025 onwards).

2.    Application Period: From Feb 23 (Mon) to Mar 6 (Fri), 2026, 17:00. (Late applications will be considered a voluntary waiver of the scholarship for the current semester; please do not submit applications before the start date.)

3.    Award Amount: NT$4,000 per point for AY 2025.

Ø Master’s Students (2 points): NT$ 8,000.

Ø PhD Students (4 points): NT$ 16,000.

4.    Required Documents:

(1) Scholarship Application Form

(2) Official Transcript (Minimum GPA of 80/100 required)

(3) Affidavit of Non-employment

(4) Proof of Tuition Payment

(5) Copy of Bank Passbook (First-time applicants only)

(6) Affidavit for Waiver of Scholarship (only for those declining the scholarship)

※ Important Notes:

1.    Please verify your enrollment year. Applications using the incorrect form will be rejected.

2.    Due to the later start of this semester, the application timeline has been adjusted. For qualified applicants, the February scholarship is expected to be issued in mid-March. Regular monthly payments will resume from March onwards.
